We would like to bring the following important points to your attention:

Please make sure to upload your presentation with your name on it.


Here are some IMPORTANT guidelines for Speakers, Moderators, and Panelists:

- Please ensure your presentation is saved in PowerPoint 2016 or later (.pptx) for PC, or Keynote for Apple devices.
- Please ensure your presentation slide size is (16 : 9).
- Please ensure if your presentation has videos , The videos must be stored with the                       presentation in the same folder.
- Presentations must be stored on a portable hard drive or USB flash drive.
- Registration materials can be picked up at the Speakers Service Center.
- Personal laptops are not allowed to be used inside the hall.
- You must visit the Speakers Service Center at least one hour before your session begins to    upload your presentation.
- If you need assistance with your presentation, please visit the Speakers Service Center for        support.
- A Digital Countdown Timer will be displayed on the screen during your presentation. Please adhere to your allotted time, as extensions cannot be granted due to the tight schedule.
- The Main Hall will operate with two podiums running simultaneously with headsets, so it's          crucial to stick to your designated time to avoid delays.
