For 7th MEOM conference abstract submission please consider the following:

There are four categories where you can participate in all or one of them according to the criteria for each category.

           2- Video Oscar Competition
           3- Young ophthalmologist Competition
           4- Young Ophthalmologist E-Poster Competition

Please Read Carefully
 

• Follow all the instructions posted on the website for abstract submission carefully.

• Abstracts must be submitted online.

• Please read the abstract structure notes to follow your submission as requested.

• Abstracts submitted as hard copies or via email are not accepted.

• All abstracts must be written in English.

• The presenting author must be the First (submitting) Author.

• The abstract must be submitted with the intention that, if accepted, it will be presented by the First Author.

• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and its submission.

• If the abstract is accepted for presentation, the same work described in the abstract must be presented with the same title and content.

• If all required fields are not filled out, the abstract will not be submitted successfully.

• Save or print the message that indicates your abstract was successfully submitted and keep it for your records.

 

NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS

 

1. The maximum submission per each author will be three (3) in each category from the five categories (Free paper- Video Oscar - YO Competition - E-Poster - E-Video)
    

2. Please note that some abstracts submitted as a Case Report may be accepted as a Poster.
    

3. Please note that physical attendance is a must once the abstract is accepted.
    

• All abstracts will be reviewed by our panel of experts, and notifications of acceptance.  will be sent by 1 July 2025
